①7月6日(水)のシステムメンテナンス 　System maintenance on Wednesday 6 July

  1. Sailをパソコンで使用する際、今まではGoogle Chromeというブラウザでしか使うことができませんでした。今週のアップデートで、Safari・Microsoft EdgeというブラウザでもSailを使えるようになりました。 ※新しくアカウントを作る必要はありません。
 
注意事項
①画面のズーム(大きさ)の設定を50％くらいにすることをおすすめしております。
②マイク・カメラの「許可」をする必要があります。
 
≪世界 / for International people≫
  1. Sail is now available in Safari and Microsoft Edge.
 

②現在対応中のシステム不具合　 System defects currently being addressed

  1. 相手の方と会話中に「お待たせして申し訳ございません、相手の接続が確認できません」という通知が届く不具合。（2022.06.08に解決）
  1. 会話終了後に、既に会話した相手との「会話する」ポップアップが出てくる。（2022.06.08に解決）
  1. 会話後に感想を書く画面で、保存してももう一度記入画面が出てきてしまう不具合。
     
    1. A problem with the notification "Sorry for the delay, we cannot confirm the connection of the conversation partner" during a conversation. (Resolved on 2022.06.08).
    1. A bug in the screen where you write your comments after a conversation, the screen comes up again even after saving.
    1. The 'Talk' button pop up again after the conversation is over. (Resolved on 2022.06.08).
